Refund policy

Haikubox:
If not satisfied with your Haikubox, you may return it within 30 days from purchase date. Please contact support@haikubox.com to obtain shipping instructions for full refund of purchase price (note that priority express shipping cost will not be refunded).

Subscription:
If you wish to cancel your Haikubox subscription, please contact support@haikubox.com. Subscriptions are non-revokable and any unused time on the subscription will be forfeit upon cancellation.
