Our customers love Haikubox and the great things they learn about their birds. Haikubox improves birding-by-ear, helps folks spot favorite and special birds, and highlights backyard bird diversity.
We also think Haikubox is a great teaching tool and one school in Massachusetts agreed - they created a fabulous months-long study of birds using their Haikubox. Their library hosted a visual representation of Haikubox bird data, with a different classroom adding newly identified species and vocalization counts each week (above images show how their bird discovery grew).
Other educators have used Haikubox in a variety of ways. Another K-12 school in central New York posted a link to their Haikubox on their website, and a lifelong learning institute included it in their Bird Watching Club.
